This beginner Vinyasa Flow class links each movement to the breath and includes sun salutations, balancing, core exercises, seated postures, twists, backbends and inversions in powerful sequences. Soul Yoga Hour:

Flow and let go in this one hour class. Challenging postures, dynamic sequencing and core strengthening just like our flow class but in a compacted time, plus a bonus of Savasana that's sure to calm the mind.

95+ Degrees, set to energetic music - perfect for ALL LEVELS

Soul Yoga Flow:

Soul Yoga Fit:

From a sculpting yoga class incorporating hand weights to cardio interval flow, Soul Yoga Fit will keep you on your toes because each class is different, challenging your heart, mind, and muscles. Transform your vinyasas by slowing down and isolating specific muscle groups. Tap into your elevated heart rate by flowing through sun salutations, adding 1 minute cardio intervals between vinyasa sequences. Each class will get your blood flowing, heart pumping, and muscles burning while ending with a restorative seated savasana.

Soul Yoga Happy Hour:

Come solo, bring a date or bring a friend ~ this fun class will keep you moving from start to end. Challenging postures, dynamic sequencing, and core strengthening just like our flow class but in a compacted time, plus a bonus of Savasana that's sure to calm the mind.

Soul Yoga Prenatal:

Designed for students of all levels in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. This prenatal class helps women settle into their pregnancy, stay active and keeps the body strong to prepare for labor and delivery. Regular attendance is encouraged to receive the maximum benefits of gaining energy, strengthening the body and calming the mind during this exciting time.

Non-Heated, Set to Music.

Yin Yoga:

Yin Yoga is a slow style of yoga designed to target the connective tissue, increase circulation, improve flexibility, and promote a calm and balanced mind and body. Postures are typically passive and held for several minutes. Students are encouraged to relax within postures and to soften the muscles. Suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to the more physical styles of yoga. It is a wonderful way to relieve stress, increase flexibility, and maintain healthy joints.

Relax & Renew

Reward your Body, Mind & Spirit with a 75 minute practice that will focus on restorative postures, deep stretching and lots of hands-on assisting. This is the perfect time in your week to reflect on your goals and intentions. You will leave feeling pampered, rested and renewed.
Please bring a strap or towel.

Strength & Alignment

Strength, stability and proper alignment are the focus in this one hour class. Just like in our HOUR class, you'll get your core fired up and the sweat dripping but we'll also take the time to break down the structure of many poses. Great way for beginners to learn and seasoned yogis to refresh.
